Matthew Ward
Matthew J. Ward received his B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering in1984 from The University of Iowa. He began his career at the Monsanto Company in Muscatine, Iowa as a Process Engineer producing Agricultural herbicides. Matt continued his Engineering career with Monsanto in Process and Maintenance Engineering throughout the 80’s and into the 90’s; he then moved to Technical & Production management roles at Monsanto. He worked at other Monsanto sites, including two international assignments in Australia and Argentina as Plant Manager of these sites as he gained both manufacturing and business experiences. Matt also received an MBA from St Ambrose University in 1995. Currently, Matt is the Plant Manager of Monsanto’s Muscatine Iowa Ag Chemistry facility.
