Kevin Dibel
Kevin Dibel graduated from the University of Iowa in 1994 with a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering & a minor in Psychology. He has been with Genencor (A Division of Danisco) for the last 16 years in various engineering and management roles. Genencor is a leading (global) industrial biotechnology company that develops and markets innovative enzymes and bio-based products. Kevin has held roles in R&D (Palo Alto, CA), Fermentation & Downstream Process engineering (Cedar Rapids, IA), Global manufacturing support for Asia and South America (based out of Rochester, NY), and Engineering Manager (Beloit, WI). In 2006, Kevin was named Director of Engineering (Cedar Rapids, IA) and currently serves on the Genencor-Cedar Rapids management team. As the Director of Engineering for Genencor-Cedar Rapids, Kevin manages the engineering group in charge of running all on-site Process, Capital, Automation, and Expansion activities.
